GENERAL INFORMATION
Registration is due for all participants (both oral/poster presenters and attendees only). Payment can be performed by credit card or bank transfer. All fees include VAT 21%.

* Full-time students enrolled in a college or university, please, upload a proof of your student status during registration process.
Conference fees include: attendance to the conference sessions, conference bag and material, all conference lunches, all coffee breaks, welcome reception, banquet dinner, conference social event. Extra tickets for accompanying persons can be purchased.
ACCOMPANYING PERSONS
The accompanying person fee applies to non-academic participants who are not paper or poster co-authors and enables them to attend the welcome reception, banquet dinner, and social event. Conference attendance, lunches and coffee breaks are not included in the accompanying person fee.

CANCELLATION POLICY
All refund/cancellation requests must be received by email to arc2025@isbilyatravel.com
before March 1st, 2025. There will be an administrative fee of 25 € deducted from each refund.
No refunds will be accepted if requested after March 1st, 2025.
A registered person can however be replaced without penalties by a substitute. Should that be the case, please, inform the Conference Management (arc2025@isbilyatravel.com) as soon as possible. Reimbursements will be made after the conference.
INVOICE
Registration is confirmed only upon payment receipt. Invoice will be sent after payment by e-
mail prior to the conference (please fill in the invoicing details during the registration procedure: you can choose invoice to person or invoice to company/institution.)
