REGISTRATION PROCEDURE
To register, complete the online form.
Registration is mandatory for any accepted papers (long papers, short papers or poster) to participate in the conference. This requires that the registration process and the registration fee payment are completed by February 12th for accepted papers and by February 24th for accepted posters.
One author registration can cover one paper.
If you are an author registering a paper, its ID number (available in the paper acceptance email) should be included in the registration form.

The ARC 2025 registration fees include:
- Attendance to the conference sessions
- Conference bag and material
